Entitles Customer to one additional truck roll in support of Home Network at no charge.

Cable modem with Ethernet connections (must be returned)
Technical Support (online chat and phone)
Download & Upload speeds provided as "BEST EFFORT".

Customer Self Installation: No Charge
Allows customer to install equipment themselves

Whole Home Mesh WiFi

Using multiple access points to create a better WiFi experience anywhere in the home.
Eliminate WiFi dead spots within hard to reach areas of the home, especially in homes with thick concrete walls, and multiple floors.

No additional installation charge for cable modem set-up when located on the same wall and within ten (10) feet of an existing cable television outlet

Missed appointment fee - $49.95

Non Pay Reconnect Fee

After non-pay disconnect - $30.00

Damaged Modem

$125.00 (Due to customer tampering, misuse, or failure to return)

Service Administrative Fee

$4.95/month (For Customers who want to suspend their service while TAD or on Vacation; Whole Home WiFi fees still apply) Must be an Auto CCE Customer with at least 6 months remaining on expiration date.
Iwakuni customers are subject to a 5% MCCS fee.
